Note :
Annual Subscriptions become payable on 01 Apr of the financial year e.g. for financial year 2008-09, subscription would become payable on 01 Apr 2008. A grace period of a maximum of 6 months is considered for paying subscriptions i.e. till 30 Sep of that year. After that the member is termed as "unpaid" or "in Arrears" and loses voting / election rights, and the supply of M.E.R.(I) gets discontinued as well.
